When a TikTok user posted a video begging Kylie Jenner to share the details behind her breast implants, no one expected the star to reply—but she did!
YouTuber Rachel Leary posted a video directed at Jenner, half hoping the star would see it and spill the beans about her implants. “Girl, can you just tell me-slash-us, what is is that you asked for when you had your boobs done?” Leary asked. “To me, you have got what I am looking for. It’s the most perfect, natural-looking boob job ever. I know you’ve been quite open about having your boobs done.” Leary also wanted to know what kind of implants Jenner got: teardrop? High profile? Under the muscle? Over the muscle?
We’re not sure how Jenner found the video—maybe she noticed the tag or simply scrolled by it on her FYP, but she hopped into the comments to answer. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!!” she wrote. “Silicone!!!” Jenner also revealed that Garth Fisher, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills, was the doctor behind her implants. (According to his website, Dr. Fisher has also worked with family members Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, and Caitlyn Jenner.) While the way an implant looks can vary depending on the wearer’s body type and frame, anything over 400 cc is generally considered a larger implant.
“This is why she’s for the girls,” Leary wrote under Jenner’s comment. “Her responding is so King Kylie of her,” wrote one commenter.
Jenner first got implants at age 19, not long before she got pregnant with her first child, which she discussed on a 2023 episode of The Kardashians. “You know I got my breasts done before Stormi, within six months of having Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. They were still healing,” she said at the time. “I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous, perfect size. I just wish I never got them done to begin with.” Though Jenner has never publicly spoken about having her implants redone, fans have speculated she may have done so post-children. Either way, now we have a bit more clarity straight from the source herself.
