“Café du Jour was an interesting composition to create. I was going for a unique take on coffee and didn’t want your typical sweet and spicy coffee fragrance, focusing primarily on a nutty and creamy characteristic. Black Currant gives a tangy feel with a dark fruitiness that compliments the nutty notes. This fragrance has depth, complexity, and character not seen often in your mainstream coffee compositions. I created unique Heliotrope, Caramel and Milk Foam Accords”. – Michael Salazar
