Some PR marked with *
It’s that time again! I used to use a ton of different sunscreens throughout summer, but in the spirit of reducing unnecessary spending “for the sake of the blog”, I have stopped doing this as I have actually had to throw quite a few out because sunscreens expire. Some, I have continued to use as primers like the ones from Supergoop, but generally I try to use them all up before reviewing new ones and I think I’ve been doing alright! In fact, one of the sunscreens featured today has now been used up!
JUMISO | Waterfull Hyaluronic Cooling Sun Stick SPF 50+ PA++++*Â

I did a mini review (here) of this
Jumiso sunscreen last summer as it was my convenient touch up stick and that has not changed! It has a very light balmy texture that does not disturb make up, a bit of a fragrance and I use it on both face and body. The glide of the stick is fairly smooth and leaves the skin surface feeling hydrated and as the name indicates, has a cooling feeling similar to those cooling eyeshadow sticks.
SKOAH | Dewlux Lotion SPF 30
Last summer, I featured skoah’s Hydradew Mask (here) and now I am featuring a moisturizer/sunscreen that I have used years ago and have recently come back to. This is a MINERAL sunscreen with a yummy melon scent that melts into the skin and feels more like a lightweight moisturizer in terms of texture so if you have dry skin, I would recommend applying moisturizer first and then using this Dewlux Lotion as your sunscreen.Â
With mineral sunscreen, the biggest concern is whether there is a white cast and with this sunscreen, there is indeed a white cast. I am pretty fair and I can see it on my skin so I only use this when I am wearing foundation on top. I actually think this sunscreen would be well-liked by the Asian/KBeauty community because of its lightweight texture as a mineral sunscreen and “brightening” properties, but I think the SPF is on the low side as we are all used to SPF 50, so this increase might change the texture.
NAKED SUNDAYS | CabanaCreme Hydrating Moisturizer and Sun Protection SPF 50
I got interested in Australian sunscreens with Ultra Violette being my first one (here) and then sometime last Fall, I saw that my local Shoppers Drug Mart was carrying Australian brand Naked Sundays so I picked up the, what looks like now discontinued, moisturizer with sunscreen. Firstly, the packaging is perfect for sharing on social media, which we know now is 50% of the appeal, but most importantly I really enjoy the texture of this as it is indeed hydrating so I am truly able to use it as a moisturizer. It also layers well with my morning around of Vitamin C serum and foundation on top. There is also no fragrance. Though this has been discontinued, there are a number of attractive looking alternatives available like the CabanaClear Water Gel Serum. While I might pick up another Naked Sundays sunscreen, I am hesitant as the Korean ones are so much cheaper and have the same SPF.
LA ROCHE POSAY | Anthelios Ultra Fluide Invisible Finish SPF 50*
Anthelios is such a summer beauty classic! I feel like I have been hearing about this particular sunscreen line since I started beauty blogging and to this day it is still iconic and with good reason! The one I am showing here is for the body, but I have featured the one for the face in the past and loved it as well (here). You have to give the bottle a good shake, but this is truly fluid in texture so be careful it doesn’t run all over the place! Super lightweight so if you hate feeling sticky with sunscreen on the arms and legs, this is your lifesaver with its dry touch finish! This is also water-resistant up to 80 minutes and fragrance-free so perfect for anyone with sensitive skin.
ISNTREE | Natural Sun Cream SPF 50 PA++++
I got this after soooo many positive reviews online and while it is absolutely lovely on its own, it did not seem to play my nice with my morning skincare routine or foundation with constant pilling once I applied it on top of my vitamin C serum. Other than that, the texture itself was dry touch and a cross between a cream and fluid. I think if I had a different vit C serum or foundation, things would be different, but it was easier just to move on from this sunscreen than change the other two things. Oh well, you can win them all, can you?
And that’s 2026! This is one post that I have managed to keep up with since 2018 and just when I think I have “tried all of the sunscreens” some new ones always pop up!
