Purchased by me
This is my first Vitamasques review and I do not think it will be my last as I have now seen them at London Drugs so once I make a bit more of a dent in my sheet mask collection, I think I will pick up more to try!
Ipsy has been great about giving me the opportunity to try products that I would not normally have access to in Canada. Back in March, Ipsy had an offer to try this mask as an add-on to my March Ipsy bag and really, what caught my attention was the fact that it was leopard print! If it was fashionably acceptable to wear leopard print all the time, I think I would, but for now I will settle for having in sheet mask form!

What makes this mask special? Oh my, this mask has almost too much goodness going on! In addition to this being a printed mask, it is also a foil mask lined with charcoal underneath to detoxify the skin. The ingredients are also amazing featuring multi-molecular weight HA, plant-based collagen, ceramides and even peptides! I rarely see peptides in sheet mask formulations and when I do, I know the masks are going to be good!

Ingredients: Water, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, 1,2-Hexanediol, Carbomer, Tromethamine, Ethylhexylglycerin, Propanediol, Polyglyceryl-10 Laurate, Panthenol, Hydrogenated Lecithin, Lilium Candidum Flower Water, Ceramide NP, Agave Tequilana Leaf Extract, Glyceryl Stearate, Dipropylene Glycol, Wheat Amino Acids, Sodium Hyaluronate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Madecassoside, Asiaticoside, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Xanthan Gum, Natto Gum, Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid, Sodium Acetylated Hyaluronate, Colloidal Gold, Copper Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Oligopeptide-32, Oligopeptide-29, Palmitoyl Pentapeptide-4, Collagen Extract, Fragrance

I would just remember that foil masks tend to get a bit hot so if the weather is a bit warm like it was for me tonight at 25 degrees at 10pm, it might be a bit uncomfortable (but soooo worth it)!

Mask Summary:
Price: $4 USD per mask
What it does: Repairs and revitalizes skin with charcoal, peptides, ceramides and hyaluronic acid
Scent: Vanilla-esque – quite subtle and very pleasant!
Essence Type: Clear and lightly viscous
Duration: 30 minutes, but I am pretty sure I left the mask on for 40 minutes so the moustache started to get a little dry!
Thickness: Standard foil mask, but actually quite pleasant.
Mask Fit: Standard for a foil mask. They are a bit more stiff because of the material so I think this mask was as good as it could be! There was some mild lifting on the chin as time progressed.
Tackiness: Light – not hating it!
Hydration: Super nice! My skin had a nice bounce to it after removal and while I could have gone without moisturizer, I did end up applying a light layer.
Other notes: My husband thought the pattern was highly amusing!
