I feel like I am almost working part-time this month as we are trying to use up some of my vacation days before the end of the fiscal year wraps up since we can only carry over so many days. I had a whopping 10 days that I needed to use which is crazy considering I have never run into this problem before and then we realized that now that my work environment is relatively pleasant, I haven’t felt the need to get away! I vowed to myself that I would use this time to get back on track when it came to blogging, but I’ve actually been working from home as there is a sales target I would like to meet for work and though it’s not a big deal for me if I make it or not, it’s just something I personally would like to see on my file!
I took a bit of a break from masking last month. Not for any particular reason other than being tired and getting sucked into doomscrolling after dinner each night. I really have to start putting a timer on how long I stay on Instagram, but I decided that on March 1st, I’m going to try and mask every night and do a little 31 day challenge!

What makes this mask special? This is a charcoal mask with hydrating hyaluronic acid, clarifying witch hazel and natural BHA willow bark extract.

Mask Summary:
Price: $3-4 USD
What it does: Clarify and control sebum
Scent: None
Essence Type: Clear and watery
Duration: 30 minutes
Thickness: Thin
Mask Fit: Like a glove! All contours of my face were perfectly covered!
Tackiness: None
Hydration: A little dry and my skin definitely needed moisturizer afterwards. I used my Skoah Dream Kream.
Other notes: N/A

Final verdict: This mask would be perfect for summer! It wasn’t sticky, my skin felt refreshed and even though my skin felt a bit dry, I think in the summer weather it wouldn’t be quite so dry. It would provide the perfect canvas for layering!
As with many of my masks I review, I don’t think this mask is available anymore, but luckily charcoal masks are not impossible to find!
