Selena Gomez’s Toffee Nails Are the Perfect Color for Easing Into Fall — See Photo

Now that it’s September, even though it’s technically not fall for another three weeks, there’s definitely a shift in seasonal vibes. You probably have a friend or two who can’t wait any longer and have fully shifted into a deep color palette that fast-forwards through changing leaves straight into vamp territory, but some of us—like Selena Gomez—are making the transition at a more subdued pace, made apparent by her latest manicure.

Gomez spent the weekend at Colorado’s Telluride Film Festival, where she was promoting the film Emilia Perez and also, adorably, attending a volleyball match at the local high school. Could you even imagine trying to serve knowing Selena Gomez is sitting on the bleachers? And, of course, Gomez herself was serving in a different way, looking absolutely gorgeous in a casual yet chic outfit made up of jeans, a black tee, and a pinstriped blazer that was slightly obscured by her long, loose waves.

But take a close look at the pockets of her jeans and you’ll see her thumbs jauntily posed, exposing the prettiest nail polish color that says, “I’m ready for fall, but let’s not go overboard.”
