Ozzie’s Truth Begins to Surface
Jax and Daniel are deep in the weeds of Ozzie’s case and finally get a crack in the story. After visiting Ozzie’s sister Kristin, they learn more about Ozzie’s past drug use — and a name comes up: Byron, a former dealer.
But that’s not the only reveal.
As Jax pushes for a new defense angle, she encourages Ozzie to confront the past he’s kept buried — his history of sexual abuse. Jax believes that bringing the truth into the courtroom could not only reframe how the jury sees him but also how Ozzie sees himself.
Daniel, taking matters into his own hands, finds Ozzie’s journals. In them, a heartbreaking entry names Monica, a woman who began abusing Ozzie when he was just 13. It’s a raw, painful truth that could change everything.

Family Drama Hits Home
At home, things are just as heavy. Jax’s kids, Naima and Spencer, are hurt after learning that their father Lewis once dated family friend Toni. The discovery leads to harsh words and growing distance.
Then comes a surprise: Eddie, Jax’s estranged father, shows up while the kids are visiting their grandmother. He quickly charms Naima and Spencer, sparking a sweet connection — but Lewis is not having it.
A confrontation between Eddie and Lewis brings old resentment to the surface. Lewis questions Eddie’s motives while Eddie pushes back, claiming he has every right to know his grandkids. It’s complicated, raw, and emotionally real.
Back at Lewis’s job, trouble is brewing. An intern, Sam, is caught lying about their experience. Lewis tries to offer grace but ends up in hot water — again. Meanwhile, Bill attempts to make things right with Kendra, but she’s not ready to forgive.
Jax also gets a moment to breathe, joining her friends for a much-needed girls’ night. Autumn shares that she’s pregnant, while Sally hints that her relationship is on shaky ground. Even in lighthearted moments, the episode keeps it layered.
Episode 4 leaves us with major questions:
Will Jax actually use Ozzie’s trauma in court?
Can Eddie and Jax rebuild their relationship after so many years apart?
And what happens if the public finds out the full truth about Monica?
