I decided I was going to do two more summer nail arts so this is the second to last neon look before I officially move on to autumn. After swatching the Zoya summer collection, I was still very much in the mood for brights so I pulled a few out and here we are.
This look was inspired by nailsbybrooke_. I liked the mix of the of
patterns and so I went with that! The original look had some plain
accent nails which I liked but I decided to go maximalist with this
look. My thumb and middle nail were the same.
Here are the colors:
- Orange: Zoya Bodhi
- Yellow: KBShimmer Juice the Cutest
- Purple: Zoya Brinkley
- Beige: Morgan Taylor She’s a Natural
- KBShimmer White here white now as base for pinky
I liked how the patterns and colors worked together. Zoya Bodhi is such a versatile and fun orange! I also opted for more of a purple color than pink which is the original image. I love how purple and yellow play together!
As I go back to teaching (today actually), that means sun pictures will probably be minimal. But this look is still fun and bright in OTT lighting, so of course I wanted to share!
I actually made a list of the Halloween manicures I want to do this year. It is way too ambitious, but I am excited to try! I am actually back to teaching my zombie class this semester, so starting spooky nails now will be relevant. Of course, I am wearing one last neon look which I will share soon!
