I have been so exhausted the last few days as I have not been sleeping well with the heat wave so my husband and I decided to have a solid sleep-in until 9am yesterday. I think everyone must have been tired because even the cats didn’t even wake me up for food until then! I also start vacation this Wednesday on July 1st for one week because it’s ma birthdayyyyy and I cannot wait to both have some time off at home and celebrate! I have three days booked with husband and friends and then I want to spend the rest of my time cleaning the apartment, which has been sorely neglected for the last month and a half while I have been busy with working in two locations during the week.

We are keeping it bright and happy with today’s super simple ManiMonday with two coats of this neon pink number from Essie! This will be a summer shade on repeat for years to come and I am sure I will wear this one again now that I do less nail art and more straightforward manicures. Some of it is due to time, fatigue and more importantly, my eyes have been bothering me! I think I will also need to book an eye appointment while I am off as they get tired really easily now!
