Hi, I’m Dr. Alan Weidner from Massage Chair Relief, and today I’m going to introduce you to the new Infinity Circadian DualFlex 4D massage chair.
This chair is a split-track, dual-mechanism massage chair. It also has a very strong roller massage, so the manufacturer includes plenty of padding to help reduce the intensity if needed.
In fact, it’s always better to have a chair that is too intense rather than too soft. If a chair is too soft, you usually cannot make it stronger. But if it’s too intense, you can always reduce the pressure by adding padding, blankets, or pads.
Split-Track Dual Mechanism
This chair uses a split SL-track design. In a split or flex track chair, there is essentially a hinge built into the track, located about two-thirds of the way down the back, just above the lower back area.
This hinge allows the track to flex and extend, giving the chair a much deeper and more effective stretch. That’s what the “Flex” in DualFlex refers to.
The “Dual” refers to the dual roller mechanisms.

The lower mechanism has four roller heads, while the upper mechanism has two roller balls. This setup allows your entire back to be massaged simultaneously, with both mechanisms working at the same time.
Arm, Calf, and Foot Rollers
This chair also includes arm rollers, which I really like.
You don’t see arm rollers in massage chairs very often yet. They’re not extremely common, but they are becoming more popular with newer models.
In this chair, you have:

The calf area is particularly interesting because the airbags don’t just inflate. They actually knead or oscillate your calves, creating the sensation that someone is rubbing or kneading the muscles.
If you’re on your feet all day, or if you’re athletic and exercise frequently, you’ll really appreciate the combination of calf kneading and calf rollers in this chair.
Bluetooth and Sound Therapy
You can also connect your phone or other device to the chair using Bluetooth.
The chair features Harman Kardon speakers, which are high-quality speakers. Through these speakers, you can listen to music from your phone or use Infinity’s “SootheMe” programs.
SootheMe is a trademarked feature that plays relaxing nature sounds through the speakers to help you unwind during your massage.
If you’ve had a long day and feel stressed or wound up, these nature sounds can help you relax, settle down, and enjoy the massage even more.
Remote Control and Quick Keys
The chair comes with a touchscreen remote control, but it also includes quick-access buttons on the side of the chair.
This means you can operate the chair in two ways:
You can easily turn the chair on or off and quickly access certain programs or features without using the main remote.
Health Sensor
You’ll also notice a small slot on the armrest where you place your thumb. This is the health sensor.
Health sensors are becoming increasingly common in massage chairs. They typically measure factors such as:

Oxygen levels

Pulse rate

Fatigue level

Perspiration levels
When you place your thumb on the sensor, it takes about 30 seconds to analyze these measurements. The chair then generates a custom massage program based on your results.
Many chairs have this feature now, but this is the first time I’ve seen the sensor positioned on the armrest like this.
Memory Function
This chair also includes a memory function.
You can create your own manual massage program, save it, and then return to it later.
For example, you might create:

A program focused only on your neck

One designed specifically for your lower back

Or a program targeting a particular area of your spine
Once you save the program, you can simply select it later and enjoy the exact same massage you created previously.
Warranty and Design
The chair comes with a one-year labor warranty and a three-year parts warranty.
It is also available in multiple color options.
Another nice feature is that it’s a wall-hugging chair, meaning you can place it very close to the wall—within an inch or two—without worrying about it hitting the wall when it reclines.
In fact, we have holes in some of our showroom walls from chairs that were placed too close to the wall when they weren’t designed to be wall-huggers.
Final Thoughts
Overall, this is a wonderful massage chair.
It provides a strong massage, powerful rollers, and some very nice features.
