HH: Eroshell, Beauty Weekend is back and bolder than ever! What surprises or new experiences can attendees expect this year that will take the expo to the next level?
Eroshell : The surprises we have for Beauty Weekend Expo will now have a business department. There for, it will be hair class and business classes for male and female. Also a business networking night. New experiences include are added Males to Beauty Weekend. So, we have barbers . and tattoos.
HH: You’ve curated an incredible mix of talent—from barbers to dancers to beauty bosses. How do you balance the glam with the grind to make sure this weekend is both fun and transformational for attendees?

Eroshell: Beauty Weekend this year is inclusive to everyone, from Children to Adults. Featuring; Vendors with homemade Items; Hair, Barber, and Fashion Shows
HH: Let’s talk glow-up goals! What’s one workshop or panel you think every beauty pro should absolutely not miss this year—and why?
Eroshell: My Glow up goals is to have Beauty Weekend in 12 citys, Workshop (Business Taxes) as well as a Panel Retirement Plan. This year we have something for everyone
HH: Beauty Weekend is about community as much as it is about cosmetics. What makes South Florida the perfect place to host this celebration of creativity, culture, and commerce?
Eroshell: South Florida has all of this, Why not have it here. Every where you go they look up to South Florida. This place has the most diverse people.
HH: As the founder of this powerhouse event, what’s been your most full-circle moment so far—and how does it fuel your mission to keep pushing the beauty industry forward?
Eroshell: The growth of the small business…It’s a need and want…
