And this is my 10 minute beauty routine.

Today we’re gonna do my everyday glam routine.
First product we’re using, Grippy, by Maybelline.
Best primer I’ve ever used thus far.
Face is already clean and moisturized.
I love this product.
Very cost-effective too.
I love saving some money.
Next step.
This product I introduced to my routine this year.
The Danessa Myricks blurring balm.
Chef’s kiss. Love her.
Oh, I’ve used her a lot. Look at that. [laughs]
Every time I’m using my brushes for my routine,
I’m always spraying them with spray.
I feel like it helps the makeup stay on longer.
So this is the setting spray. Charlotte Tilbury.
Love her.
So now that my brush is a little damp,
I now take my Danessa Myricks blurring balm
and I apply that.
So as you can see, like I have like some discoloration.
I really feel like this blurring balm
helps just pull my skin all the way together
and make me all one shade.

So next we have my Anastasia foundation.
So I’ve gotten extremely tanned this summer,
so I’ve been like struggling finding like my new color,
but I really feel like this shade is doing me well.
So let’s see.
I feel like that’s pretty much giving skin.
I try to avoid my under eye
’cause that’s where I put my concealer.
Typically my concealer and everything crack under my eyes.
So it’s like the less product there the better.
Next I like to put my blush.
So I got the NYX Sweet Cheeks.
As we all know, I love me some blush,
I love me some bright concealer.
So I typically like do like the high points of my cheeks
and drag it on out.
So I got my blush on.
Finna get my blush brush,
and you already know what we’re gonna do.
We gonna spray.

Now, this might be the wrong brush,
but it gets the job done.
It’s a little damp.
When I apply blush, I always try to put it
on the high points of my cheeks
to try to like bring out my cheek bones.
Honestly there’s no such thing as blush blindness.
And honestly, drag it on out to the front of your face.
Matter of fact, put it on your nose. Have fun with it.
Rudolph don’t got nothing on me.
All right, we’re all blushed up.
On to the next product.
I’m going to be using the Born This Way Too Faced concealer.
Chai and caramel.
So I like to use two different colors.
One is like more so like a darker tone
and the other one is like more lighter,
’cause we all know I am known for the bright under eye.
Love me some UK glam. Shout out to the UK girlies.
Got this idea from them
and I just cannot seem to like let go of that beauty hack.
Okay, so with this,
I’ll be dragging mine out.
I don’t know if you’re supposed to do that,
but that’s what I be doing.
I like it.
Next step, the Laura Mercier translucent honey powder.
Every time you put some on like the little powder puff,
I always rub it on my hand,
try to get some of the excess off.
Just place it under the eye.
This is not the only powder I use by the way.
So y’all don’t gotta do too much with this powder.
The next two powders I’m gonna use
is going to be the Fit Me powders.
So I use two different shades.
So this one is the dark, number 40,
and this is medium deep.
So I kind of just mix the two.
I dip my powder puff in both
and I mix them on my hand,
and I mix them here.
And obviously I apply them under my eye.
Doing makeup in the villa was a pain,
considering Fiji was extremely hot.
So I will always have mini fans with me
to try to like dry the sweat in place
to keep my makeup from running.
So obviously in the morning we’re doing our makeup
to start our day in the villa.
And at night we’ll shower and typically do our makeup again.
But if it was a day that I’m not sweating as much,
honestly I would just touch my makeup up.
I guess I didn’t really think that far ahead
to bring like multiple bottles of like foundation
and all these things.
So I always try to like save my makeup as much as possible.
Like, you know what, I can just touch it up
without taking it all the way off and reapplying everything,
then maybe I can save me some time and some money.
So typically after I apply powders,
I go in with the L’Oreal Paris.
This is a foundation powder.
I got mine in deep amber.
I feel like this really helps with flashback.
Have you ever been a victim of flashback?
You know exactly what I’m talking about.
So I just like started putting up in places
where I was putting all of my foundation
and even my concealer as well
to try to like tone it down just a tad.
So now I might have to add a little more,
but for right now, we’re gonna use
these two Juvia’s Place palettes.
I always mix them.
So I always start off with the darker palette first,
then I use the bottom one here.
[nail tapping]
And this is the volume three.
I start at the higher points of my cheek
and work my way down on both sides.
And then I also go in with volume four
and use the top one, top pink.
I love pink. Pink is my favorite color.
I really feel like blush just warms my face.
It truly makes my skin pop.
I still ain’t done my eyebrows.
This is some crazy stuff.
All right, let’s do eyebrows.
Typically I avoid eyebrows
’cause eyebrows is very difficult for me.
Okay.
It’s not bad.
I’ll try this one.
Oh hell no.
People make this look so simple. Eyebrows are so hard.
I should be getting my eyebrows threaded every two weeks.
I go like once a month.
My eyebrow lady’d be so mad.

Honestly, I didn’t realize how hairy my upper lip was
until like, got my makeup done, I was like, No way!
Like, now I see why they be asking that.
Maybe I need to take them up on that offer next time.
Okay, we’re gonna leave it alone
’cause I don’t like my eyebrows too dark.
Oh my goodness.
They don’t look like sisters, they look like cousins.
This is so. [laughs] Oh my goodness.
But you know what? They’re related, so.
Good thing I got bangs. [laughs]
Next, we gonna do some eyeliner.
Now, this just come from the beauty supply store.
It just says eye pencil. Nothing fancy, dollar 99.
I try to tap that water line.
Ooh, my eyes start watering immediately.

So we’re gonna go in with some mascara. Essence.
Lash Princess.
Okay, so we’re gonna hit these bottom lashes.
Trying not to make a crazy face, trying to concentrate, but.
Okay now, take my little lashes and put some glue on them.
And while we wait for them to dry,
I’m gonna apply some more blush.
Don’t judge me.
So we’re gonna wait till that turns clear and get all tacky,
and then that’s when we’re gonna apply.
All righty, blush time.
Oh my goodness, I’ve been waiting to do this.
I love blush.
Just keep on applying blush like it ain’t nobody business
’cause it ain’t, it’s mine.
Blush, blush, blush.
Next, I’m going to line my lips.
You know I don’t play about my lip combo.
So let’s go ahead and line these babies up.
I do not really like to overline them
because I already have juicy lips,
but I do like to go over my lips like multiple times,
and blot them together to kind of like spread the liner.
Next, my butter glosses, my NYX butter glosses.
So my lips are already like naturally two-tone.
So it’s like brown on the outside
and like a pinky nude on the inside.
So I kind of just got like some colors
that kind of like resemble my lip color already,
and just tried to like enhance what I already have.
‘Cause not gonna lie, I used to hate my two-tone lips
when I was younger.
So I put the darker brown on the outside
where the brownness of my lips is already at.
I take the spiked toffee, it’s like a pinky nude color,
and I put it on the inside.
Put a little more.
Mm-hmm. Cute.
Got my lashes. Let’s apply.
Okay. Let’s put on the other lash.
Oh this one needs to be blown off a little more.

So before I went into the villa,
I came up with, well, me and my friends
came up with being a Barbie.
‘Cause literally my entire life people always tell my mom
or me like, You look like a little Barbie doll.
But then again, I love my Southern roots.
I still wanted something
to tie me back into where I originally come from.
So Bama, I was like, Hmm, BB, Bama Barbie, that’s cute.
Sounds nice coming off the tongue.
So it kind of just stuck and it just took off,
and I’m happy ’cause now we type in
Bama Barbie into the Google search.
Guess who comes up? [chuckles] Surprise, surprise.
Being compared to a Barbie doll
was always one of my favorite compliments growing up.
So now that I’m known for being the Bama Barbie,
just reminds me of all the times I would get compliments
when I was younger to make me feel good about myself.
Okay, so I got the lashes on.
So we’re gonna use the one size
to bring everything all together.

Okay, now we’re gonna comb down the bangs.

Y’all, yesterday was my first day wearing bangs.
I’ve never had bangs before, so do not mind me.
