Happy Halloween! When I first started my nail polish journey in the 2010s, crackle polishes were VERY popular! They came in all sorts of colours and I think I even have a crackle polish that crackles into a crocodile print from BarryM! Then they disappeared for 10 years and have recently come back (since we are all into nostalgia now ) and I could not be happier!

I am a little disappointed that the tint is not more obvious, but I think if I made the coat thinner then maybe you could see more of the green? I guess it’s hard to do another colour other than black when it is so strong in the crackle, but I really thought I would see the mucus-green shade more. The Sally Hansen website makes it look like there is literally a green polish underneath the crackle and in real life, this green is barely noticeable. I have a feeling I will be removing this as soon as Halloween is over as it looks pretty disturbing when I am trying on jewelry for clients at work!
