Since last month’s Zoya color of the month sold out before I posted, I wanted to do a better job of getting this one up! Of course, I never get it prior to the month, so it is really the best I can do. Luckily, this one is still available, so I am in the clear!
I love the little postcards they send! This one was completely cut horribly, so this was the best I could do. I just enjoy the themes they create.
Ashby: 2 coats plus top coat. This really is a one coater. I did two coats for pictures, but it really wasn’t necessary. If you are in a jam and want your nails done, you could do this color and be out of the house in 15 minutes. It reminds me of an older color called Zoya Ash so I wonder if this is the color sort of amped up with a lot more glam sparkle. It’s really stunningly beautiful. It is so rich. I will say that the gold shimmer in the bottle is not as prominent on the nail, but I don’t really mind. I’m also digging that Zoya has been coming out with some excellent one coat formulas. I am a little behind on swatching, but I will have the fall collection in October probably.Â

I had this on for maybe five minutes and it completely stained my nails so badly so just be aware when you wear it that you want protection lol. Since I was swatching, I put the polish on my bare nails. My fault!
