It’s been a couple years since we’ve done a poll about indecision, so three questions about your version of what I call the purgatory basket, where you would keep perfumes (presumably samples or decants, but possibly full bottles) that are not love at first sight but that you are not quite ready to give up on. 1. What’s the latest fragrance you tried, and weren’t sure about but weren’t ready to give up on just yet?
2. Name a fragrance you now love, but that initially spent quite some time in your purgatory basket.
3. Name a fragrance you gave up on, but that you keep thinking about and wondering if you should get another sample.
