Happy birthday, Jennifer Lopez! The multihyphenate celebrated her 55th birthday with a trip to the ‘Ton and looked like the most glamorous member of Queen Charlotte’s court, complete with an elaborate updo and delicate, on-theme manicure.
Lopez blessed fans with an entire video of the Hamptons-based ball, complete with a string quartet and dancers in Bridgerton-inspired costumes. The birthday girl donned a gorgeous corseted gown with metallic detailing and sheer gloves for the occasion, with absolute masses of hair piled up in an enormous curled updo by hairstylist Jesus Guerrero, with loops of hair layered and pinned up into a towering masterpiece of hair. (Seriously, it looks like it weighed at least five pounds.) At the base of said updo, she wore a crown of golden leaves. As the night went on and the champagne flowed, the updo loosened a bit, as did J. Lo’s dress; she switched into a flowy green gown.
Glam-wise, Lopez’s longtime makeup artist Scott Barnes whipped up a romantic, glamorous smoky eye and sculpted cheek, adding a pretty, simple rose lip.
